For internet only accounts we accept payment by:

Is Lizzy Internet dialup internet a local call in my area?

We provide local call dial-up internet Australia-wide.

Our dial in phone number is 0198 333 966 (metro and regional).

How do I cancel my account?

Please complete the form at cancel.lizzy.com.au to cancel your account.

This process will cancel all your services with Lizzy Internet at the end of the billing period (end of the current month) as well as provide you with a reference number that you can use if further communication is necessary.

If you are unable to cancel on the website, your other options are to send us a letter by fax or mail, including your username and contact details:

How do I suspend my account?

Please complete the form at cancel.lizzy.com.au to suspend your account.

This process will suspend all your services with Lizzy Internet at the end of the billing period (end of the current month) as well as provide you with a reference number that you can use if further communication is necessary.

If you are unable to suspend on the website, your other options are to send us a letter by fax or mail, including your username and contact details:

How do I update my contact details?

Please contact our helpdesk to tell us your new contact details. Please have your username ready.

How do I update my billing details?

Please call our helpdesk on 1300 364 074 or (03) 8330 4950 to tell us your new billing details. Please have all the details you signed up with ready to identify that you are the owner of the account.

Can I start my account from a specific date?

Yes, after you have opened an account, and only if you have not yet used the service. Please contact our helpdesk to tell us which date you'd like to begin using the service.

How do I change from one Lizzy Internet dialup plan to another?

Please contact our helpdesk. Please have your username ready.

What should I do with my Lizzy Internet dialup account if I am moving?

Please contact our helpdesk to tell us your new contact details. Please call our helpdesk on 1300 364 074 or (03) 8330 4950 if your billing details have also changed. Please have your username ready.

Check your new local dialup number for your new address, and change your dial-up number to the new number.

You can keep the same username and email addresses.

Why was I charged more than the monthly plan amount?

Please use the Members section of this site to review your billing. You may have been charged for a portion of the previous month, depending on how far in the month you signed up.

If you recently signed up and it looks like you were charged twice for the same amount, you may have been charged for the previous month's usage, then charged for the current month's usage in advance.

Can you tell me my password? Can you reset my password?

Please call our helpdesk on 1300 364 074 or (03) 8330 4950 about your password. Please have all the details you signed up with ready to identify that you are the owner of the account.

How do I get a tax invoice for my account?

Please use the Members section of this site to review your billing.

What is my username?

Your username is the name or nickname you chose to login to Lizzy Internet when you signed up. It forms the first part of the Lizzy Internet email address you received when you signed up.

For example: If your email address is joesmith@lizzy.com.au, your username is joesmith.

Any extra mailboxes you add to your account do not change your username.
